- Expand Family Caregiving leave. Job protection, Wage Replacement, Expanded Definiion of family, Intermittent leave, Protection from retaliation, and coverage for small businesses.

- Making state legislation through a statewide insurance fund so employers aren't solely responsible for paying benefits.
